These Terms of Service apply to your use of snugglesleigh.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Snuggle Sleigh (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Online store

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order. You may not use our products or the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products and pricing

We try to display products, colors and measurements as accurately as possible, but slight differences may occur because of screens and manual measurement. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We may correct errors in pricing or descriptions and may cancel orders affected by such errors, with a full refund.

3. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that are suspected of fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

4. Promotions

Automatic discounts (such as bundle offers) apply only to eligible products and only while the promotion is active. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless stated at checkout.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

7. Pet safety

Please choose the correct size, supervise your pet while wearing clothing or using toys and accessories, and remove any item that is damaged or causes discomfort. Our products are not intended as safety equipment.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Snuggle Sleigh or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snuggle Sleigh is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes apply from the moment they are posted on this page.
